Dining late in South Beach

My husband and I are still used to having dinner late. In Argentina people have dinner around 9-10pm. So going out for dinner at that time in Miami sometimes can be very tricky. Many places won't let you in after 10pm. Of course there are bars and other places that are open till late, so every time we find a new place that is open till late we get excited.
Last Saturday after going to the movies at 9.55pm we were starving. For those who are wondering, we saw the "King's Speech". Great movie, really liked it. So after wondering around looking for a new place to have dinner at 12.30am we came across this great place that it's open till 5am!! The 8oz Burger Bar! (must save it into your new places to check out). I had heard about them on the Miami Beach Channel once, there was this special program about the best burgers on South Beach, and this place was featured. I love burgers, so I was happy I finally ended up there.

The atmosphere of the place was OK. They have lots of TV's showing sport events, so it was a plus. The variety of beers is amazing! and they even have a suggested beer for each burger. So if you like to drink beer I recommend you go. Bikers beware!
When you order you must wait almost 20 minutes for your burger as it done in the moment. I ordered the 8oz Burger and it was delicious! You could savor the good quality of the meat, no grease, loved it! My husband had a lamb burger that was amazing too. The thing I liked the most... the fries!!! OMG!! it remind me of the fries my granny makes, fresh and crisp.

So now I have a new place on my list of good places for excelent burgers and late snacks. Have you been to 8oz burger? What did you think?
